This Historic Colonial House is located in a historic area of St. Louis. We came highly recommend to the home owner via a local construction company in the area. This house needed to be clean with our Low Pressure Soft Wash System to kill all the mold and mildew without causing damage to the brick. This house has real copper gutters which also takes a special cleaning process so not to cause damage to them. We started this project by wetting all the copper gutters, windows and plants down. Then we used a 3% house wash mix to gently clean all the brick, window frames, and steps. We cleaned the house in sections, making sure to keep the copper gutters windows, and plants wet to prevent damage. The result was all mold and mildew was eradicated while not causing damage to this historic home.
