Soft Washed the house with a 3 percent cleaning solution. Pre-Treated concrete patio with a 6 percent cleaning solution. Let cleaning solutions dwell for approximately 15 minutes. We rinsed the home with our 300 PSI, 11 gallons per minute Soft Wash Systems. Cleaned patio with our 8 GPM hot water unit, then rinsed all surfaces.
